Shun Yi Outreach Program
In conjunction with the American group Love Without Boundaries, we have started to place some of our more healthy babies into local village homes.
This will enable us to care for more sick babies in our Shun Yi Home.

Born 2005 in Henan Province He was transferred from our PCU in March 2006. He has a congenital heart defect and received surgery in Hang Zhou before he arrived here. He has recovered well.

Born 2005 in Henan Province Oliver is from Xin Yang Orphanage in Henan Province. He arrived at New Hope Foundation on 15 September 2005. He was said to have “abdominal adhesion s.” He was malnourished but has now gained weight and is healthy.

Born 2006 in Henan Province Patrick arrived with a closed lumbar MMC. He has gained weight steadily since joining us.

Born 2005 in Henan Province Ryan arrived at the home from the Palliative Care Unit on 2 November 2005. He has had surgery to remove a myelocele and can move his lower limbs freely. However, he has severe scoliosis.
