Shun Yi Outreach Program
In conjunction with the American group Love Without Boundaries, we have started to place some of our more healthy babies into local village homes.
This will enable us to care for more sick babies in our Shun Yi Home.

| Born 2006 in Jiangxi Province Caitlin is a girl who arrived malnourished and is being nursed back to a healthy weight before further tests are carried out.

Born 2007 in Anhui Province Caleb is a boy who has had several surgeries for a heart defect, an abdominal cyst and a cleft palate. All his surgeries have been completed.

Born 2006 in Anhui Province Charmion was born with a myelomenigocele, which was repaired before she joined us. She has recovered very well.

Born 2006 in Henan Province Elijah has a left club foot undergoing treatment and webbed toes on right foot.

| Born 2005 in Henan Province Luke was born with hydrocephalus and a myelomenigocele. He has received surgery to treat his condition but remains paraplegic.

| Born 2005 in Henan Province Ryan arrived at the home from the Palliative Care Unit on 2 November 2005. He has had surgery to remove a myelocele and can move his lower limbs freely. However, he has severe scoliosis.

Born 2006 in Anhui Province Susan is a girl who was born with a complex a congenital heart defect. She has had one surgery but needs more.

Born 2005 in Henan Province Willy came to us with hernias which have now been repaired.
